The Search Resumes

I have been quite absent from the blogging world so I though I would post a quick update. A lot has happened. Norse was promoted (Woo Hoo) to "jobsite foreman" and we are thankful for the raise that went along with it. That is helping us resume our search for our own home! So if you think of it pray for us. This is a huge life moment and our goal is to have something under contract by the first of the year. We need wisdom and for God to send us the perfect house, and for Him to prevent the many other people in our price bracket from finding it first. We'll keep you posted. I should take the camera with us so I can post some of the excitement we have already seen, like one house that overlooked what we affectionately coined "the meth trailer dump site".

The Bible Institute has started and that is going well. The picture is a student, Grace, and I hiking Mt. Aeneas. The students are great.

Hunting season is almost over and we have meat in the freezer. We are headed to Darby, with Gran and Pa, for a last weekend elk hunt and Thanksgiving feast! We had fun with Bjorn and Mom Swanson on opening weekend.

hmmm... that is us in a nutshell and I'll keep you posted on the house hunt. Have a great Thanksgiving.

Whatever is good and perfect comes to us from God above, who created all heaven's lights. Unlike them, he never changes or casts shifting shadows James 1:17
